A large study seeking to find who’s having more or_gasms than everyone else confirmed some things we already knew — like the fact that heteros_exual men are having way more or_gasms during se_x than heterose_xual women. But according to David Frederick, lead author of the 52,000 participant study, the research found some org_asm gaps along se_xual orientation lines that researchers had been unable to confirm before.
The study, which was performed by a team of researchers from Chapman University and the Kinsey Institute, found (of course) that 95 percent of heteros_exual men report or_gasming always or almost always during se_x. Comparatively, only 65 percent of heteros_exual women said they experience the same thing. Here’s where the study gets more interesting: Numbers for the same rates of or_gasming were 89 percent for gay men, 86 percent for lesbian women, 88 percent for bis_exual men, and 66 percent for bise_xual women.
So, based on this (pretty large) study, it would appear that straight women are coming (LOL) in last place in the or_gasm department. But there’s hope! Because what researchers also learned is a handy trio of moves that apparently are the most successful at delivering or_gasms to women. As reported by the Guardian, a “golden trio” of “gen_ital stimulation, deep kis_sing, and or_al se_x” seriously increased a woman’s chances of or_gasm. There you have it.
If that’s a little much for you, researchers were correct in their hypothesis that receiving or_al s_ex alone is a huge indicator of how often someone has or_gasms. According to the study, “people who received o_ral s_ex more frequently had or_gasms more frequently.” And this fact comes with an added bonus! The only group who didn’t report having more org_asms when they received more or_al s_ex were straight men. Literally all other se__xual orientations tracked by this study reported they “usually-always” or_gasm if they “usually-always” receive o_ral.
So in the spirit of “two birds, one stone,” and if you’re committed to reducing the or_gasm gap, demand more o_ral s_ex (unless you’re a straight dude).
