THE exams are over – and now it is all joy for matrics!
Yesterday was the end of exams and many kids hit the streets to celebrate, tearing up their T-shirts and writing messages.
Lerato Moloi (17) from Daveyton, Ekurhuleni said she studied hard.
“But now it is time to party,” she said.
Koos Mvelase (18) from Etwatwa, Ekurhuleni said passing maths and physics counted the most.
“I want to be a doctor,” he said.
FREE STATE: Matshidiso Molefe (18) said she is confident she will be at a tertiary institution next year.
“I want to be a flight attendant. Since I started writing, I have enjoyed the exams.”
GAUTENG: Thadiwe Nkonfa from Pretoria West High School said: “My school-going days are finally over!”
KZN: Snenhlanhla Khuzwayo (17) from Maphumulo said she had done her best.
Lwazi Mbanjo (17) said he believed he would get good marks.
NORTH WEST: Pupils from Tlhabane said they were happy the exams were finally over.
CAPE TOWN: Zodwa Nkita (19) said the last day was the best way to end the exams: “The English paper was easy,” she said.
